This page explains what information Humanis Media collects through humanismedia.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. The data controller is Emendatio LLC (USA), which operates Humanis Media. Send any questions to robin@humanismedia.com.
What we collect
When you apply: name, email, phone (optional), company, website, what you need, budget and anything you write in the message.
When you ask a question in the chat and leave contact details: your email or phone number and your question.
If you accept cookies: information about your visit through the Meta pixel, such as the pages you view and whether you send an application.
Technical information such as IP address and browser, logged by our hosting provider to keep the site running securely.
Why we use it
To review your application, contact you and send a confirmation, based on our legitimate interest and to take steps towards an agreement with you.
To measure and improve our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you have accepted cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
Meta pixel and Conversions API
With your consent we send events such as page views and applications to Meta, both from your browser and from our server. When you apply, your email, phone number and name are also sent in hashed (encrypted) form so Meta can attribute the event to the right ad. Meta never receives them in plain text.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is responsible for its own processing. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Who processes it for us
Vercel (website hosting), Resend (confirmation emails), Google Workspace (our email) and Meta (ad measurement, only with consent). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Applications and messages are kept while we're in contact and for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless we start working together.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to the processing and withdraw your consent. Email robin@humanismedia.com.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
